Division1 Capital was founded by Katie Kelly. She spent fifteen years inside growth-stage financial services companies — most recently as SVP at an $8B+ fintech, where she built a 25-person organization from scratch and doubled implementation throughput in eighteen months. Before that, she ran operations across an 11-year run at a financial services platform, including a $5B transaction that was the largest in company history. Most operators stay inside companies. This one decided to build.
